He was aged forty nine years, and leaves a wife and two children. During Wednesday he became excessively, heated by over exertion in the rays of the sun, and retired at night seriously ill. At three o'clock yesterday morning he arose from his bed, drew a blanket around him, and went into his yard, expressing an intention soon to return. He did not return: search was in vain made for him until daylight, and he was then found dead under a tree in some adjacent woods. A scientific examination of the corpse, resulted in the decision that he died of congestion of the brain. |
